Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) is an international organization that identifies professional standards in the field of management development and summarizes advanced international experience. More than 95,000 specialists participate in the ILM trainings all over the world every year.
Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM)was founded in 2001, when of two organizations: ISM (Institute of Supervisory Management) and NEBS (National Examining Board for Supervision & Management) joint 100-year experience in the leadership and management development.
