Situational Leadership II
Situational Leadership Theory is designed by two scientists, Paul Hersey and Ken Blanchard. They were first to describe the theory in the 1960s in the book Organizational Behavior Management (1960)
Situational Leadership II® is the most comprehensive, up-to-date and practically applicable method to efficiently manage the employees and their enhancement worldwide. Situational Leadership II provides the leaders with the model and instruments to create the open communication, developing self-confidence among those managed by the leaders.
